【证监会副主席李明：去年办理案件739件 罚没款153亿元】金十数据2月21日讯，证监会副主席李明在“依法从严打击证券违法犯罪 促进资本市场健康稳定发展”发布会上表示，证监会去年办理各类案件739件，作出处罚决定592份，罚没款153亿元，超过上一年两倍，其中对恒大地产财务造假案罚款超40亿元，会同财政部对恒大地产案审计机构开出4.41亿元的同类案件“史上最大”罚单。
