合肥市蜀山区有一条淠河路，被人们称为“英雄路”，中国电科38所也坐落于此。

如今，中国电科38所因发展需要整体搬迁，这处旧址将以“科里科气1986产业园”之名重生。

2月20日，由蜀山科创集团与弘毅投资集团合资成立的合肥徽弘创展科创服务有限公司（以下简称“徽弘创展”）正式启动“科里科气1986产业园”提升改造项目。未来，该产业园将依托弘毅投资集团千亿资本运营能力与蜀山科创资源，打造“高端装备+新一代信息技术”产业高地。

“科里科气1986产业园”位于淠河路与西一环交口西北角，占地95亩，总建筑面积4.42万平方米。改造工程由中科院设计院牵头实施，创新采用“设计施工一体化”模式，在保留工业历史风貌的同时，植入共享实验室、中试基地等科创功能模块。同时，园区还规划建设人才公寓、科企食堂及培训中心，构建“15分钟科创生活圈”，为入驻企业和人才提供全方位的便利。

据了解，这里将重点聚焦高端装备、新一代信息技术等产业，以招投联动的方式，吸引和培育一批层次高、质量优的中早期科创项目落户。目前，已有合肥智能无人系统研究院、安徽博微联控科技等6家硬科技企业入驻。未来，该园区还将重点承接合肥工业大学机械工程学院、中电38所国家级工业设计中心等平台的科技成果转化项目。
