智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，于2024年2月21日，简志坚博士，公司控股股东、主席及执行董事已使用公司已发行股份3.29亿股普通股(担保股份)向南通文峰大世界电子商务有限公司(南通文峰)(独立第三方)提供担保，以担保公司间接全资附属公司翱途能源科技(无锡)有限公司(翱途能源)转让其子公司湛江环峰能源科技有限公司的39%股权予南通文峰的投资条款包括股本金额人民币5000万的回购条款及违约金条款。
担保股份于翱途能源履行回购条款后或最迟于2032年12月31日免除及解除。
