渣打国际业务总裁洪丕正在业绩会表示,今年开局势头良好,并为财富管理业务定下几个目标,包括于未来5年新增资产达2,000亿美元,以及预期财富管理业务收入录双位数增长。
渣打香港兼大中华及北亚区首席执行官禤惠仪表示,香港商业房地产贷款占香港总贷款敞口3%,并已就此作风险管理工作,认为风险可控。
渣打的香港商业房地产敞口为26亿美元,占集团整体敞口不足0.5%。当中,82%的香港CRE敞口有抵押担保,且平均贷款价值比低于40%;所有物业抵押品都位于香港。渣打香港CRE敞口均为履约,随着有少数客户被降级,有20%香港CRE敞口列为第二级。而香港CRE敞口涉及的客户数目有限,且集中于龙头发展商。(ha/a)
