新浪科技讯 2月21日下午消息，昨日汽车之家宣布海尔集团旗下公司成为控股股东，并任命新CEO杨嵩。

　　今日，杨嵩发布全员信。他表示，不会因本次交易而裁员，不会影响员工的岗位稳定及薪酬福利，公司业务正常运行。

　　此外，杨嵩在信中还提到，在本次交易完成后，我们将与海尔、平安共同携手，实现从汽车垂媒向汽车生态平台的战略转型。踏准时代的节拍，通过 A1 大模型赋能业务发展，为用户提供更精准、专业、高效的服务；搭建更开放的生态，吸引各生态方共创共赢，真正成为用户看-买-用-换全链路的一站式服务生态平台。
