智通财经APP讯，华人置业(00127)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度可能取得收入减少25%至35%以及亏损20亿港元至22亿港元(与截至2023年12月31日止年度的收入4.8亿港元及公司拥有人应占综合溢利净额7700万港元相比)。
公告称，收入减少主要来自租金收入总额减少;按净额基准呈报的出售持作买卖的投资收益减少;及来自一间接受投资公司的股息收入减少。
产生亏损主要由于投资物业的公平值减少。集团的投资物业于2024年12月31日进行重估，于本年度将取得公平值变动亏损。本年度公平值变动亏损主要来自位于香港的物业的公平值减少所致。未变现的公平值变动乃非现金项目，对集团的现金流量并无构成影响。
