格隆汇2月21日｜周五盘前，能链智电(NAAS.US)宣布，公司董事会已批准总额达1000万美元的股票回购计划。

根据公告，能链智电将自2025年2月21日起的未来12个月内，依据市场情况，通过公开市场交易、私下协商交易、大宗交易或其他法律允许的方式回购美国存托凭证(ADS)，总额不超过1000万美元。

能链智电是中国首家在美国上市的新能源车充电服务公司，也是领先的新能源资产运营服务商。通过AI技术进行充电供需智能匹配，为C端新能源车车主提供便利、高效、智慧充电体验，同时也帮助充电场站、充电运营商提升运营效率，改善盈利水平。

根据公安部数据，2024年全国新增新能源车1125万辆，同比增长超过50%。截至2024年末，全国新能源汽车保有量达3140万辆，占汽车总量的8.90%。显示中国新能源车规模处于加速扩张中，新能源车充电服务行业也有望维持高速增长。

市场认为，此次回购释放了能链智电对自身增长前景坚定看好的积极信号，显示其正借助全球新能源汽车充电基础设施需求增长的契机，进一步优化资本结构，以增强市场对公司战略方向的认可，并推动公司长期价值的实现。
