智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(603906.SH) 公告，公司三级控股子公司PT LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA(简称“锂源(印尼)”或“标的公司”)拟增资扩股并引入投资者。LG ENERGY SOLUTION, LTD.(简称 “LGES”或“投资方”) 拟以现金出资1597.09万美元，认购255,930.64股标的公司新发行的普通股，取得锂源(印尼)新股发行完成后20%的股权。
本次交易完成后，LBM NEW ENERGY (AP) PTE. LTD. (简称“锂源(亚太)” 或“ 控股股东”)对锂源(印尼)持股比例(含间接持股)由100.00%下降至80.00%，锂源(亚太)仍为锂源(印尼)的控股股东。本次交易不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变化。
本次交易符合公司整体战略发展规划和长远利益，是公司拓宽海外市场的重要举措，有利于增强公司在磷酸铁锂正极材料产业链上的项目研发、市场拓展、产品量产等方面的整体实力，有利于增强三级控股子公司资金实力，进一步提升其抗风险能力和市场竞争力，满足其后续发展的资金需求。
