智通财经APP讯，叮当健康(09886)发布公告，相对于截至2023年12月31日止年度净亏损约人民币2.31亿元，公司预期2024财年净亏损将增加64%以上。主要原因为考虑到公司若干子公司业绩表现上的挑战，公司于2024财年计提分摊于相关子公司的商誉及其他无形资产减值超过人民币2.03亿元，上述减值为一次性非现金开支，预期不会对集团的整体营运造成任何重大影响。
