智通财经APP讯，传承教育集团(08195)发布公告，于2025年2月21日(交易时段后)，配售代理与公司订立配售协议，据此，公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准向不少于六名承配人配售最多2112.68万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份1.42港元。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股1.68港元折让约15.48%。
预期配售事项所得款项净额最多将约为2950万港元。假设所有配售股份成功获配售，每股配售股份的净价将约为1.40港元。
