智通财经APP讯，赣锋锂业(002460.SZ)公告，公司拟以2亿元的价格向控股子公司江西赣锋锂电科技股份有限公司(简称“赣锋锂电”)收购其所持有的控股子公司深圳易储能源科技有限公司(简称“深圳易储”)全部股权。同时，公司及子公司相关人员拟增资入股深圳易储且深圳易储拟引入员工持股平台并调整注册资本，增资扩股事项完成后，公司实际自赣锋锂电受让取得深圳易储71.352%股权。增资扩股事项与本次交易前 ，公司未直接持有深圳易储股权。据悉，该事项有利于提升公司对核心业务的经营管控能力，有利于公司业务拓展。
