百度集团委任刘晓丹为新独立董事 后者曾担任证监会并购重组委员会委员
2月24日，百度集团公告称，董事会正式任命刘晓丹为新独立董事及董事会审计委员会主席，该任命将于2025年2月23日正式生效。刘晓丹目前在中国私募股权公司晨壹基金担任管理合伙人一职。
与此同时，Brent Callinicos因个人原因辞去独立董事及董事会审计委员会主席的职务。百度集团强调，Callinicos的离职是基于个人原因，并非因与公司之间存在任何纠纷或分歧。
公告称，刘晓丹于金融市场领域拥有超过20年经验，曾分别于2012年7月至2017年1月及2017年1月至2019年9月担任华泰联合证券行政总裁及董事长，带领该公司成为中国顶级投行。此外，她于2016年至2020年担任AssetMark Financial Holdings, Inc.（纽交所股份代号：AMK）董事长，并自2021年1月起担任中国太平洋保险（集团）股份有限公司董事会独立董事。此外，刘晓丹积极参与资本市场政策制定咨询，并曾于2012年6月至2016年6月担任中国证券监督管理委员会（中国证监会）并购重组委员会委员。
近日，百度集团公布了2024年第四季度以及全年业绩。业绩显示，去年全年百度集团总营收为1331亿元，同比减少1%；归属百度核心的净利润达234亿元，同比增长21%；百度核心收入为1047亿元，同比增长1%。
