智通财经APP获悉，海尔智家(06690)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.6%，报25.9港元，成交额2.75亿港元。
消息面上，2月17日，海尔集团通过其子公司青岛海尔卡奥斯工业智能有限公司(以下简称“卡奥斯工业智能”)，正式接手上海新时达电气股份有限公司(以下简称“新时达”)，成为其新的控股股东。这一交易标志着海尔集团在资本市场和工业机器人领域的又一重大布局。
据新时达2月16日公告，卡奥斯工业智能通过协议转让方式获得纪德法、刘丽萍、纪翌持有的新时达10%股份。此外，海尔卡奥斯工业智能与纪德法、刘丽萍、纪翌还曾约定将本次股权转让完成后剩余全部19.24%股份的表决权委托给卡奥斯工业智能，使得后者合计控制新时达29.24%股份所对应的表决权，成为控股股东。
据悉，海尔集团接手新时达是其加速布局工业机器人赛道的重要一步。海尔集团近年来积极推动从传统制造企业向物联网生态品牌的转型，卡奥斯工业互联网平台被视为其转型的关键支柱。海尔集团接手新时达后，双方将在资源整合、技术支持、市场拓展等方面展开深度合作，共同推动工业机器人和智能制造领域的发展。这一交易不仅有助于海尔集团完善其工业互联网布局，提升整体竞争力，也将为新时达带来新的增长动力和发展机遇。
