智通财经APP获悉，亚信科技(01675)盘中涨近28%，月内股价实现翻倍，截至发稿，涨19.58%，报12.48港元，成交额2.82亿港元。
消息面上，亚信科技近日宣布，自主研发的渊思·行业大模型产品体系已与DeepSeek V3、R1完成全栈适配并上线运营，实现了“国产大模型+算力+大模型服务+垂直场景”的闭环，并在通信等行业的50多个场景测试中展现出极佳效果。
值得注意的是，亚信安全于2024年11月完成对亚信科技的重大资产重组事项，并从2024年11月9日实现对亚信科技的并表。国信证券指出，重组完成后，双方将实现安全+数智化的深度融合，整合运营商、金融、政务、交通、能源等重点行业的优势资源，提供云网安的全栈能力方案。例如亚信科技在运营商软件占据优势，数据要素应用积累较多案例，双方在运营商领域将进一步拓展业务机会。
