智通财经APP获悉，京信通信(02342)涨超13%。截至发稿，涨13.79%，报1.32港元，成交额3371.14万港元。
消息面上，京信通信近日发布公告称，公司将以每股1.09港元的价格，向两名投资者易磊(实益持有人为Ocean Link Investment Limited)及英特尔发行共约3.41亿股新股，集资约3.72亿港元。据介绍，公司拟将发行新股所得款项净额用作一般营运资金，为公司的日常运营和业务拓展提供资金支持。
此外，AI算力需求获市场看好，中资电讯股及相关设备股也受资金追捧。值得注意的是，公司此前发盈警，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团母公司拥有人应占亏损将取得不多于6亿港元，而上年同期母公司拥有人应占利润则取得约670万港元。公司指出，董事会将持续审视集团之营运及策略以应对面前的挑战，对于全球运营商市场、企业专网市场以及通信科技发展于未来数年的前景和机遇，保持谨慎乐观。
