智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)暴跌超30%，截至发稿，跌30.34%，报0.62港元，成交额597.78万港元。
消息面上，深交所今早公告，港股通标的证券名单发生调整并自2月21日起生效，调出晨鸣纸业。此前，晨鸣纸业发布公告称，公司A股、B股股票交易于2月20日停牌一天，自2月21日复牌恢复交易并实施其他风险警示。随后，公司A股、B股股票交易的日涨跌幅限制由10%变更为5%。声明指出，由于公司生产基地实施停机检修时间已满三个月，未能大面积恢复生产，根据相关规定，公司A股、B股股票交易触及其他风险警示情形。
今年1月，公司发盈警，预计2024年度归属于上市公司股东的净亏损65亿元至75亿元，上年同期为亏损12.81亿元。另外，晨鸣纸业曾公告指出，至今，因债务逾期、合同履行纠纷等原因，连续十二个月内累计发生诉讼、仲裁案件共计164件，涉案金额共计26.38亿人民币，占最近一期净资产绝对值的15.8%。自去年11月19日至1月22日，累计新增被冻结银行账户165个，占公司银行账户总数的23.64%；被冻结银行账户冻结金额累计4512万人民币。
