“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。新东方教育科技集团董事长俞敏洪出席并演讲。

　　今年是亚布力论坛创建的第25个年头，俞敏洪强调，亚布力论坛必须进行深刻的变革，必须要让年轻人加入。“比如像今天这样的论坛，我们应该不遗余力的让王兴兴或者是梁文锋这样的人来进行分享，而不是我们老一代企业家在这喋喋不休，我说的是我自己”。

　　他解释说，亚布力论坛是有非常大影响力的论坛，如果变成了老一代企业家的养老之地，这完全不是最初的目的。“我们必须让年轻人通过这个有影响力的平台来形成对更多的中国年轻人的影响，来进一步推动中国新一代创业能力的成长和发展。这才是我们应该做的事情”。
