Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) has removed commitments to pursue hiring practices that promote diversity and inclusion from its latest annual report released Saturday.
The company's 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 annual reports included a statement committing to the hiring policies that identify qualified candidates "and promote diversity and inclusion in the workforce."
But the 2024 report simply states, "hiring practices intended to identify qualified candidates."
Berkshire Hathaway did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
