2月21日，记者获悉，广州京东MALL首届京东自营家博荟正式启动。活动以“一站置家就来京东MALL”为核心理念，即日起持续至3月30日，通过场景化消费体验、多重优惠及品牌联动，结合京东自营的强大服务保障体系，为消费者打造覆盖家装、家居、家电数码等领域，从选购到售后全链无忧的全链路置家解决方案。
据了解，首届京东自营家博荟以“一站置家就来京东MALL”为主题，推出四大亮点。具体包括：场景化体验升级，直击选购家电家居“痛点”，传统卖场或家博会限制多，顾客需要四处奔波才能配齐心仪的家电家居产品。如今，首届京东自营家博荟联合京东自营全屋定制、海尔、TCL、美的、海信等头部品牌，打造“家场景”主题空间，消费者可现场体验产品联动效果。一站购齐家电家居家装。同时，个性化置家方案定制服务，涵盖售前咨询、售中协调至售后保障的全方位跟踪，以及京东自营服务保障。
此外，家博荟期间，广州京东MALL同时推出促销活动，包括国家补贴叠加至高立减60%，全场自营品类参与“国补”，叠加京东补贴加品牌补贴，消费者到店购物可享至高60%优惠。
