　　“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。新东方教育科技集团董事长俞敏洪出席开幕式并发表演讲，他认为，中国的传统教育，已经到了必须改革的重要关头。

　　俞敏洪表示，面向未来世界的竞争，以高考为核心的面面俱到、门门优秀的死记硬背的教育和内卷式的教育，已经完全没有办法应对未来时代的发展，孩子们的天赋教育、特长教育、兴趣教育变得越来越重了。因此，如何确保孩子们在拥有基础知识、常识和理性的前提下，让孩子们在未来不会被人工智能所替代的领域全面发展，成为教育界需要思考的问题。

　　他以宇树科技创始人王兴兴为例，王兴兴初中到高中英语怎么学都不过关，后来之所以到上海大学去读书是因为英语成绩不太高，导致整体高考分数的下降。但是大家可以看到，他是一个天才，从小就对所有机器电子感兴趣。

　　他总结，如果我们现在还要四平八稳的七八门课，必须每门课都要考到满分才能考上好大学，那孩子的天分可能会磨损掉。所以从一个国家的竞争力来看，教育的竞争力才是最终的竞争力。（罗宁）
