山高新能源宣布合并财务报表采用人民币呈列
2月21日，山高新能源（01250）发布公告，公司决定于合并财务报表中采用人民币作为呈列货币。这一变更是由于公司主要业务和资产位于中国，并且以人民币计价及结算，附属公司主要以人民币作为呈列货币。董事会认为，采用人民币作为呈列货币能更准确地反映公司的财务表现，便于股东及潜在投资者的理解。
根据公告，公司的首份以人民币作为呈列货币的合并财务报表将是截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表。此次变更将追溯应用，2023年的比较数据也将以人民币重列。董事会预计，变更呈列货币及重列比较数字不会对公司的综合财务报表产生重大影响。
