The tribunal approved an agreement announced in December 2024 to settle the case for 200 million pounds ($252.8 million), according to the report.
Innsworth Capital, which funded the litigation, had argued that the settlement should not be approved, the report said. It did not respond to Reuters' request for comment.
Mastercard and Innsworth did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
