过去一周（2025.2.17-2.23），港股IPO市场共有新琪安、真实生物、沪鸽、思格新能源及博车网5家公司递交了上市申请，赤峰黄金1家公司通过了港交所聆讯，蜜雪集团（02097.HK）1家公司正式启动招股，但并无新公司挂牌上市。
据港交所资料显示，蜜雪集团（02097.HK）于2025年2月21日正式启动招股，计划全球发售1705.99万股股份，每股发售价202.50港元，每手买卖单位为100股股份。公司股份预计将于2025年3月3日开始在香港联交所主板交易。
基石投资方面，蜜雪冰城已与M&G Investments（英卓投资管理）、HongShan Growth（红杉资本旗下）、Persistence Growth Limited（博裕资本旗下）、HHLR Fund, L.P.（高瓴集团旗下）及Long-Z Fund I, LP（美团龙珠旗下基金）等基石投资者订立基石投资协议，累计认购总额为约15.58亿港元。
