【京东称承担骑手五险一金所有成本】金十数据2月24日讯，京东黑板报发文表示：京东集团宣布，鉴于目前外卖骑手的平均薪酬远低于京东快递小哥，为了薪酬公平性，未来一段时期签约的外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金的所有成本，包含个人所需缴纳部分，全部由京东承担，确保骑手现金收入绝不会因为缴纳五险一金而减少，此项举措包含现有骑手和新加入的骑手。未来，京东集团将大力推进同工同酬，逐步提高外卖骑手的福利待遇，通过实现一体化管理大幅降低管理成本，从而让外卖全职骑手和京东快递小哥一样，成为收入稳定、工作幸福、老有保障的庞大就业群体。
