智通财经APP讯，先声药业(02096)发布公告，本集团预期于2024年财政年度将取得收入约人民币66.20亿元(单位下同)至66.50亿元，相比于截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年财政年度)的收入约66.08亿元增幅约0.2%至0.6%。本集团于2024年财政年度将取得归属于本公司权益股东的利润约7.18亿元至7.48亿元，相比于2023年财政年度的归属于本公司权益股东的利润约7.15亿元增幅约0.4%至 4.6%。
本集团于2024年财政年度将取得的经调整归属于本公司权益股东的利润约10.03亿元至10.33亿元，相比于2023年财政年度的经调整归属于本公司权益股东的利润约7.19亿元增幅约39.5%至43.7%。有关预期经调整归属于本公司权益股东的利润大幅增长主要归因于创新药收入占比提升带来毛利润的上升。
本集团将经调整归属于本公司权益股东的利润界定为对下列项目作出调整的归属于本公司权益股东的利润：以公允价值计量且其变动计入损益的金融资产的已变现及未变现(亏损)/收益净额;赎回负债的利息费用;出售于附属公司的权益的收益净额;及上述项目的相关所得税影响。本集团认为，该指标扣除若干非经常性、非现金及/或非经营项目的影响，有助本集团的管理层及投资者评价本集团核心业务的财务表现。
