七牛智能签新合约加强对七牛嘉兴控制
2月21日，七牛智能（02567）发布公告，宣布与嘉兴空山、七牛嘉兴股东及七牛嘉兴订立新合约安排，设立独立框架，以便将七牛嘉兴的财务业绩纳入本集团附属公司。此新合约安排旨在确保公司能够有效控制七牛嘉兴的股权及资产，并确认其经济利益。
根据公告，新合约安排使得本集团能够在中国法律允许的范围内，确认并收取七牛嘉兴的业务及营运经济利益。七牛嘉兴作为新的中国实体，将专注于国内客户，预计每年增加30至50名员工，五年内团队将扩展至200人。新合约还确保七牛嘉兴的股东持有73.5%股权的许先生及非执行董事吕先生在交易中的利益，构成持续关联交易。整体来看，此次合约安排将加强本集团在中国市场的运营及服务能力。
