智通财经APP讯，华润医疗(01515)发布公告，有关刊载的2024年中期报告(2024中期报告)中“其他资料—燕化IOT协议争议”部分的相关事宜。本公司于2022年9月向北京市第二中级人民法院提起诉讼，要求燕化方(即燕化凤凰及燕化医院)赔偿本公司因燕化方违反燕化IOT协议而遭受的损失(包括由2019年至起诉时本公司的应收管理费和供应链费用)，北京市第二中级人民法院于2023年12月22日作出一审判决(一审判决)，判令判决燕化医院应支付人民币305.75万元年度返还款及滞纳金(另计);判决燕化方应支付人民币4123.73万元医院管理费损失及滞纳金(另计);及判决燕化方应支付人民币14,666.67万元综合服务交易停止损失及利息损失(另计)。双方均对上述一审判决提起上诉，及后于2024年12月27日北京市高级人民法院裁定同意燕化方撤回上诉，并作出终审判决，维持一审判决。于2025年2月20日，本公司已收到法院划转的执行款人民币20,948万元。
对于因上述判决而收到的款项，有待本公司综合情况进一步考虑及向专业顾问咨询相关的会计处理方式。该等款项不一定全额构成本公司的其他收入。
