Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) said Friday its board has authorized a move to create a strategic acquisition fund with select investors.
The fund aims to create and execute financing strategies for potential mergers and acquisitions that align with the company's growth strategy.
Trump Media said it is looking at partnering with or acquiring "participants in the growing America First Economy."
