Robinhood 在 2023 年 6 月曾被迫下架多个被 SEC 指控为证券的代币，但在特朗普赢得总统大选后，该平台已重新上线包括 Solana（SOL）在内的部分代币。SEC 撤诉将降低交易平台上线新代币的监管风险，有望提升其交易收入。
据市场数据，市值排名前五的被指控证券代币包括 BNB、SOL、ADA、TRX 和 TON。此外，Blockchain.com、BitGo、Gemini 等多家加密货币公司正考虑在美国进行首次公开募股（IPO）。
