2024下半年新能源汽车售后能力排名：小米汽车超蔚来、奔驰，拿下第一
快科技2月24日消息，汽车市场数据调研机构杰兰路今日发布了2024年度下半年新能源汽车品牌售后服务能力研究报告。
此次调研覆盖了26个新能源品牌，以回店服务体验、技术质量感知、服务产品满意度、官方渠道认可度四大维度来综合评估各品牌的售后服务能力。
榜单显示，小米汽车售后服务指数以92.23的高分，超过蔚来、奔驰等豪华品牌，位列榜单第一。
报告指出，小米在春节期间推出的“门店不放假、24小时免费道路救援、500元打车补贴、车辆送往指定城市”等服务举措，可以直观看出小米汽车对提升售后口碑的高度重视与实际投入。
蔚来作为国内高端纯电豪华品牌，向来以用户服务著称，榜单中排名第二，能力指数为88.45，领先奔驰、奥迪、宝马等传统豪华品牌。
至于第三至第七名，分别为奔驰、理想、特斯拉、奥迪、宝马等品牌，也是榜单售后服务能力Top 25%的阵营梯队。
而鸿蒙智行旗下的问界，售后服务能力指数为82.53，排名第二，与比亚迪的81.98接近。
第十、第十一位分别为小鹏和长城旗下的坦克品牌，能力指数均在80以上。行业均值为79.61。
