CGN Power (HKG:1816, SHE:003816) said full construction of the Lufeng Unit 1 of its subsidiary, CGN Lufeng Nuclear Power, will commence today, Feb. 24, a Friday bourse filing said.
The civil construction phase will start and the main plant of the nuclear reactor will have its first concrete date on the same day as well.
The Lufeng Unit 1 will have an installed capacity of 1,245 megawatts.
