智通财经APP讯，德林控股(01709)发布公告，本公司旗下全资子公司德林数字家族办公室(香港)有限公司(DL Digital Family Office (HK) Limited)拟更名为突触科技有限公司(Neuralfin Technology Limited)。本公司董事会(董事会)认为此次更名是德林面向人工智能(AI)时代的加速转型之举，将人工智能客服(AI Agent)进一步提升至以脑科学为人工智能基础的广泛投资及金融服务领域。
董事会认为人工智能的智慧源于神经算法对突触(synapse)权重的精准调控，微小的突触是承载万千智慧的起点，既是连结人脑神经元的核心，更是人类通向未来的桥梁。董事会认为以此命名德林AI技术的未来，更为准确且有更为广阔的发展前景。
“突触科技”将重新定义财富管理的模式和形式，以虚拟形象的人工智能客服为切入点，打造由AI驱动的动态金融社区，将最前沿的全球顶尖技术与金融投资及环球资管结合，创造新的人工智能互动金融生态。
