智通财经APP讯，荃信生物-B(02509)发布公告，本公司自主研发的QX002N注射液用于治疗强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis, AS)的 III期临床试验达到主要终点。数据显示， QX002N在中重度活动性强直性脊柱炎患者中展出优异的疗效以及良好的安全性和耐受性。
本次试验是由北京协和医院曾小峰教授牵头开展的一项在活动性强直性脊柱炎患者中评价QX002N注射液的疗效和安全性的多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的III 期临床研究，目前已完成首次分析。研究共纳入641例中重度活动性强直性脊柱炎受试者，其中QX002N组322例，安慰剂组319例。
