智通财经APP讯，银建国际(00171)发布公告，于2025年2月24日(交易时段后)，卖方东环(北京)物业管理有限公司(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Liu Rui订立买卖协议，买方同意购买而卖方同意出售该物业，代价为人民币1020万元。
该物业被分类为集团的投资物业，目前空置。该物业现时以一名独立第三方为受益人作押记，作为集团若干借款的抵押。该物业于2024年6月30日的未经审核账面值约为人民币451.9万元。建筑面积为173.49平方米的住宅物业，位于中国北京市东城区东中街19号东环广场北座公寓楼第4层。
公告称，由于目前全球经济动荡及该物业所在地区住宅物业租赁市场需求低迷，故该物业(即集团持有作租赁目的的投资物业)于公司过往两个财政年度一直处于空置状态。因此，董事会认为出售事项乃一良机，可供集团变现其于该物业的投资，亦为集团提供额外现金流以改善其流动资金。
