俞敏洪谈企业家传承：必须重用新一代有创新能力的年轻人，甚至要把股权分给他们
2025年2月21日-23日，“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”召开，新东方教育科技集团董事长俞敏洪出席开幕式并进行演讲。俞敏洪称，老一代企业家必须重用年轻人，老一代企业家和新一代的创业家或者和新一代年轻企业家的结合才是未来发展真正的趋势。
俞敏洪表示，老一代和年轻企业家之间的结合，并不是说家族企业的交接班，比如说我们在座的把自己的岗位交给儿子或者女儿，是无可非议的，应该这么做。“但是我更加想说的是，老一代的企业家身边必须有极具创新能力的新一代的管理者或者企业家出现。”他称。
俞敏洪指出，当我们发现具有创新能力的人才后必须重用，甚至把企业的股权分给他们一部分。这与当初60岁的交给50岁的，50岁的交给40岁的，40岁交给30岁的，已经完全不是一个概念了。
“我们这些六七十岁的人想要企业在高科技领域有突飞猛进的发展的话，可能必须寻找一批二三十岁的年轻人当我们的顾问，而不是倚老卖老去当年轻人企业的顾问，这个世界反转过来了。”俞敏洪称。
