　　阜博集团公告，根据一般授权发行2.34亿港元2028年到期的零息可换股债券。所得款项净额约为2.29亿港元，即净发行价为每股换股股份4.09港元。公司拟将发行可换股债券所得款项净额的75%用于投资用途及所得款项净额的25%用于一般营运资金用途。
