智通财经APP获悉，长飞光纤光缆(06869)早盘涨超15%，截至发稿，涨13.3%，报20.1港元，成交额2.31亿港元。
消息面上，阿里巴巴首席执行官吴泳铭表示，未来三年，集团在云和人工智能的基础设施投入将超越过去10年的总和。摩根士丹利认为，微软等国际公司，因为AI开支大幅增加，每个季度资本开支都上涨。如果阿里支出增加，也可以推测其他互联网巨头将会增加支出。申万宏源则表示，此前字节链推动产业链提升，预判阿里、腾讯等有望先后加大投入，推动全产业链景气度提升。
据悉，博创科技此前披露了拟以3.91亿元的价格收购控股子公司长芯盛少数股东合计持有的长芯盛18.16%股份的公告。有分析机构指出，博创科技原本不做AEC产品，其主要产品为AOC，后来博创科技被长飞光纤收购。长飞光纤旗下的子公司长芯盛主营AEC、ACC、DAC、铜缆等，为了解决同业竞争问题，长飞光纤将长芯盛转移为博创科技子公司，长芯盛和国内寒武纪和字节等公司在AEC领域有所合作。
