观点网讯：2月23日，由嘉里建设发展的九龙半山低密度矜罕名邸“缇外”成功出售第1座地下A室花园大宅。
据悉，最新售出的“缇外”第1座地下A室，单位实用面积为4071平方呎，花园面积为1954平方呎，属四房四套房另加双工人房间隔，成交价1.72亿港元，平均实用面积呎价约4.225万港元。上述单位成交价包括1个住宅停车位。
据悉，该项目继早前售出第5座1楼A室后，这是2月份内第二宗成交，合共套现逾3.5亿港元 。目前缇外已售出8伙花园大宅，剩余最后1伙待售。
截至目前，该项目已累计售出34伙，超过项目总单位数目64伙的一半，总成交金额超过100亿港元，平均成交实用面积呎价约5.80万港元。
另悉，“缇外”由5座住宅大楼及3座矜罕院墅组成，仅提供61个分层大宅及3座院墅。分层大宅实用面积则介乎3,466至8,583平方呎，涵盖标准分层大宅、花园大宅以及天台顶层特色大宅。3座矜罕院墅实用面积为11,382平方呎至11,692平方呎，每座均特设逾万呎前后花园、室外游泳池、升降机以及私人停车库。
