恒地(00012.HK) 旗下长沙湾Belgravia Place第2期开价。美联物业住宅部首席执行官布少明表示，Belgravia Place第2期趁财案前公布订价，首张价单订价具吸引力，虽然较同系第1期项目首批单位折实呎价有轻微调升，但与同区货尾比较有约一成折让，相信会吸纳一众区内外的买家垂青，加上项目地理位置优越，配套齐备，首批单位有机会即日沽清，并有加价加推空间。
他认为，项目邻近港铁站，交通方便，项目两期共提供近千伙单位，为区内罕有的大规模新盘，完善的配套尤其吸引年轻买家青睐，料项目用家占比约七成。预计项目亦吸引约三成投资者捧场，料呎租可达60元，可享接近5厘租务回报。
