"WiseTech Chair, Directors Quit Amid Tensions Over Founder's Role," at 2204 GMT, spelled the company chair's name incorrectly. The correct version follows:

SYDNEY--WiseTech Global's chair and three other directors will quit the board of the logistics-software provider due to what the Australian company said were intractable differences over the role of its scandal-hit former CEO.
The ASX-listed company on Monday said that Chair Richard Dammery, Michael Malone and Fiona Pak-Poy will depart following the release of WiseTech's half-year result on Wednesday.
"This followed intractable differences in the Board and differing views around the ongoing role of the founder and founding CEO, Richard White," WiseTech said in a market filing.
In November, WiseTech said that White would stand down as chief executive in the wake of media allegations of inappropriate behavior. He was replaced by Chief Financial Officer Andrew Cartledge as interim CEO.
