　　中国证监会副主席李明表示，证监会保持执法定力，以“零容忍”态度处理了一批典型案件，有力整肃各类违法，深度净化市场环境，如本次发布的指导性案例2号某公司、林某等欺诈发行、信息披露违法案，对发行人处以8，600万元罚款并实施重大违法退市。证监会去年办理各类案件739件，作出处罚决定592份，罚没款153亿元，超过上一年两倍，其中对恒大地产财务造假案罚款超40亿元，会同财政部对恒大地产案审计机构开出4.41亿元的同类案件“史上最大”罚单。
