该数据中心自 2022 年起运营，采用空气冷却的集装箱基础设施。设施的正常运行时间超过 95%，并且以约 $0.03/kWh 的电力成本运行，具有高度竞争力。这使得 BitFuFu 能够在该地点以低至 18,000 美元的现金成本挖掘一枚比特币，假设部署 AntMiner S21 XP（不包括矿机和设施的折旧）。
除了高性能的挖矿能力外，该站点还配备了一个完全集成的运营中心，为建立最先进的维修中心打下了良好基础，从而提升矿业业务和运营效率。该设施享有高性价比的能源供应，并且位于西南电力池（SPP）内——这是一个高度稳定且受监管的能源市场。
