【江西农商联合银行三家发起人敲定，省财政投资集团位列大股东】金十数据2月21日讯，江西省财政投资集团发布公告称，集团与江西省国有资本运营控股集团有限公司、江西交投拟分别出资40亿元、25亿元、10亿元，共同投资设立江西农商联合银行，分别认购该行53.33%、33.33%、13.33%股权。据了解，江西农商联合银行由江西省联社改制而来，于今年初获批筹建，并将以自上而下的资本股权为纽带，理顺行业管理体制和公司治理机制。2月18日，江西农商联合银行成立大会暨股东会第一次会议召开。
