智通财经APP获悉，ASMPT(00522)尾盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.66%，报76.6港元，成交额2.93亿港元。
消息面上，阿里巴巴里宣布将加大AI相关投资，其他互联网巨头或将会增加支出。国泰君安认为，芯片制造目前是中国AI产业主要瓶颈，有望随着产业链成熟逐步突破。中信证券指出，受益于国内存储及逻辑客户的持续扩产需求及设备国产替代趋势，当前位置坚定看好半导体设备板块。
值得注意的是，2020年，ASMPT剥离其半导体材料业务，出售55%股权给智路资本，更名为AAMI。2024年10月23日，至正股份宣布，拟收购AAMI 99.97%股权。至正股份表示，交易完成后，港股上市公司ASMPT的全资子公司ASMPT Holding将成为至正股份的第二大股东，持股比例预计不低于20%，但本次交易不会导致至正股份控制权发生变更。
