　　“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。微软（中国）有限公司首席技术官韦青出席开幕式并演讲。

　　韦青表示，“十年之后，人的工作是犯错。”他具体谈到，“当机器融入人类的工作模式后，组织中只有机器不会犯错，但如果机器选择了一个安全标准，它只会回归到这个标准，那么长久下去这家公司会死掉。”

　　韦青表示，“机器是不可能创新的，永远学习的是过去的范式，所以不要把机器当做人，它全是从你那学的，你强它就强，你创新它就创新，你守旧它就守旧。”（闫妍）
