　　百度集团-SW（09888）公布，董事会已任命刘晓丹女士接替Brent Callinicos先生（Callinicos先生）担任新独立董事及董事会审计委员会主席，于2025年2月23日生效。刘晓丹女士现任中国领先私募股权公司晨壹基金的管理合伙人。

　　此外，Callinicos先生已因个人原因辞任独立董事及董事会审计委员会主席职位。Callinicos先生的辞任并非因与公司产生任何纠纷或分歧。
