新股消息 | 荣联再生科技递表港交所GEM 公司为客户提供再生MMA及PMMA板材
智通财经APP获悉，据港交所2月21日披露，荣联再生科技国际有限公司(以下简称：荣联再生科技)递表港交所GEM，中泰国际融资有限公司为其独家保荐人。
公司成立于2017年3月，是中国领先的再生亚克力产品制造商，主要从事再生亚克力材料的研发及生产。公司为客户提供再生MMA及PMMA板材，并致力促进可再生资源的使用，以推动循环经济的发展。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2023年12月31日止年度，按再生MMA产能计，公司于中国排名第一。公司自2020年起获评为“高新技术企业”。公司在亚克力再生及再利用技术领域的研发项目亦助力公司分别于2023年6月及2023年12月获认定为九江市工程技术研究中心及江西省省级企业技术中心。
公司的主要优势在于公司的再生技术专业知识（包括7项发明专利及19项实用新型专利）以及公司将废弃亚克力产品及亚克力边角料回收为再生亚克力产品的能力。凭借公司的技术能力、专业知识及机械设备，公司根据客户规格提供量身定制的优质亚克力产品，确立公司的市场地位。公司致力于持续开发创新的亚克力再生及再利用技术，并提供优质产品，以满足日益增长的环保需求，同时促进及应对亚克力行业的增长。
财务方面，于2023年、2023年及2024年截至9月30日止九个月，荣联再生科技收益分别约为1.33亿元、9177.2万元、1.45亿元人民币；同期，公司实现利润分别为2417.3万元、1861.7万元、2730.1万人民币。
