智通财经APP获悉，2月21日，恒生指数公司公布最新季检结果，其中健康之路(02587)获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，所有变动将于2025年3月7日(星期五)收市后实施并于2025年3月10日(星期一)起生效。据中信证券研报估算，健康之路有可能被纳入港股通，因其满足了包括市值、流动性和上市时间等在内的一系列标准。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按截至2023年12月31日平台上的注册个人用户数目来计算，公司是第四大数字健康医疗服务平台。健康之路的业务分为两大板块，分别是为个人用户提供健康医疗服务，和为企业和机构用户提供企业服务及数字营销服务。
业绩方面，健康之路2021年度、2022年度、2023年度，营收分别实现了约4.3亿元、5.7亿元和12.4亿元的稳健增长，年复合增长率高达69.9%。此外，公司连续多年实现盈利。2021年至2024年上半年，经调整净利润分别为49万、2392万、3941万以及1484万元。
