智通财经APP获悉，2月21日，恒生指数公司公布最新季检结果，其中华润饮料(02460)获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，所有变动将于2025年3月7日(星期五)收市后实施并于2025年3月10日(星期一)起生效。据中信证券研报估算，华润饮料有可能被纳入港股通，因其满足了包括市值、流动性和上市时间等在内的一系列标准。
1月中旬，汇丰研究发布研报指出，华润饮料是一家无债务的国有企业，其收入90%来自瓶装饮用水业务，其饮料部门也在快速扩张，成为第二个增长动力。然而，该股自去年10月上市以来下跌了23%，认为市场对激烈的竞争和公司如何提高利润存在担忧。
该行认为，公司自去年上市以来其交易一直比其同业有折让，但垂直整合模式可带动更高的毛利。尽管瓶装水的价格竞争不太可能缓解，相信公司通过垂直整合和增加产品渗透率，能够实现比其食品和饮料同行更强劲的盈利增长，认为这是推动重估的主要催化剂。
