北京汽车董事会换届 陈巍辞任董事长
2月23日，北京汽车（01958）发布公告，董事会宣布，陈巍因工作变动已于2025年2月19日辞任董事长、非执行董事及相关委员会职务。陈巍确认与董事会无意见分歧，其辞任将在新董事长获得股东批准后生效。同时，董事会建议委任王昊为非执行董事，任期自股东会批准之日起至第五届董事会任期结束。王昊在汽车行业拥有近15年经验，目前担任公司党委书记。
此外，董事会还建议委任夏鹏为非职工代表监事，任期同样自股东会批准之日起至第五届监事会任期结束。夏鹏在汽车行业有近25年经验，现任北汽集团财务部副部长。两位新任职者在董事会和监事会的任命需经股东会批准。为确保有权出席临时股东会并投票，公司将于2025年3月10日至3月13日暂停股份过户登记手续。
